Fyers brokerage calculator — full charges on an NSE trade
Last updated:
Short answer
On its standard plan, Fyers charges 0.3% or ₹20 (whichever is lower) per executed order on equity delivery, 0.03% or ₹20 on intraday and futures, and a flat ₹20 per order on options. Statutory charges — STT, NSE transaction charges, SEBI fees, stamp duty and 18% GST — apply on top, and a DP charge of roughly ₹14.75 per scrip applies on delivery sells. This calculator itemises the full cost and your breakeven.

Estimate for one NSE round trip (one buy + one sell order). Brokers round each component per order, so contract notes can differ by small amounts. For options, prices are premiums and quantity is lots × lot size.
Fyers is one of the most API-friendly brokers in India, which makes it a frequent choice for systematic traders — and makes knowing its exact cost stack worth five minutes. Unlike Zerodha or Dhan, Fyers’ standard plan is not zero-brokerage on delivery: small delivery orders pay 0.3% until the ₹20 cap takes over at about ₹6,667 of order value.
Enter a trade below to see every component itemised. Rates were verified against Fyers’ published pricing in September 2026; Fyers also sells a Prime plan with lower per-order caps, which this calculator does not model.
How Fyers’ charges work
Everything is per executed order. Delivery: 0.3% capped at ₹20 — effectively ₹20 on any order above ₹6,667, but proportionally cheaper below it. Intraday and futures: 0.03% capped at ₹20, the cap binding above roughly ₹66,700. Options: flat ₹20 per order. The statutory stack is identical to every NSE broker: STT (0.1% both sides delivery, 0.025% sell intraday, 0.05% sell futures, 0.15% of premium sell-side options), NSE transaction charges, SEBI fees, buy-side stamp duty, and GST at 18% on brokerage plus transaction charges.
Fyers publishes a Prime subscription (₹499/month or ₹4,990/year as of September 2026) that lowers the per-order cap to ₹15. Whether it pays for itself is simple arithmetic: it saves at most ₹5 per executed order, so it breaks even at about 100 capped orders a month. High-frequency intraday traders may clear that; occasional traders will not.
Fyers for algo traders: costs meet the API
Fyers’ full-coverage trading API is the reason many algo traders pick it, and the cost model rewards larger, less frequent orders: because brokerage is capped, a single ₹2 lakh futures order costs the same ₹20 as a ₹70,000 one, while ten small orders cost ten times the percentage. Systems that batch entries rather than scaling in with many small orders keep more of their edge.
INDfolio AI connects to Fyers through its official API and deducts this exact cost stack per simulated trade when you backtest, so the breakeven you see in this calculator is the same bar your backtested strategy has to clear on every fill.
Worked examples: Fyers charges on four typical trades
Computed by the same engine as the calculator above, so the two always agree. Each trade is bought and sold at the same price, so the total is the pure cost of the round trip and the breakeven is the price move needed just to cover it.

These calculators are free, run entirely in your browser, and store nothing. They produce estimates for NSE trades based on published rates and standard formulas — not investment advice, and not a substitute for your broker’s contract note. INDfolio AI builds algo trading software; the honest connection is that our backtests apply this same cost arithmetic to every simulated trade.
